How does it work?

It's two simple steps. First, the Design Plan: I visit your home and design a complete plan for your space, with the products and a fixed quote for the work. Once you're happy, I organise and install everything, fully handled. You see the whole plan and the price before you commit.
Do I need a consultation before booking?

Yes. Every project starts with the Design Plan visit. It's how I measure your space, understand how you use it, and design something that fits properly, so there are no surprises when the work begins.
How much does it cost?

The Design Plan is a fixed $120, prepaid to book your visit, and it covers the full plan and quote that follow. The organising is quoted per project. Product sourcing, labelling, a steam refresh and removal of donations and rubbish are all included.
How long will it take?

Most single spaces are done in a day, larger projects across two or three. You'll have a clear timeframe in your plan before anything begins.
Will you judge how messy my home is?

Never. I've seen lots of home spaces and have 3 kids - none of it fazes me! There's nothing to tidy or apologise for. Leave it exactly as it is.
Will you make me get rid of things?

No. You decide what stays and what goes, every time. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so.
Will my privacy be protected?

Always. I work quietly, discreetly and on my own in your home, and I'm happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if you'd like one.
What do I need to do to prepare?

Nothing. Don't clean, sort or buy a thing. Getting it ready is my job, not yours.
Do I need to be home while you work?

Not at all. Some clients like to be there, others prefer to come home to a finished space. Whatever suits you.
I work from home. Will you be in my way?

No. Many of my clients keep working while I do. I stay in the space I'm organising, work quietly with headphones on, and I'm completely self-contained, so there's no small talk, no interruptions and nothing I'll need from you. I finish what I start and leave the space spotless, with every bit of clutter gone.
What spaces do you organise?

Pantries, wardrobes, kitchens, linen cupboards, laundries, home offices, storage areas, nurseries, toy rooms and more. I also offer move-in setup, pre-sale styling and office organising.
What makes you different from other organisers?

Most organising stops at tidying. I design aesthetic systems built to last and easy to keep up, with the same care I bring to my own home. Every project includes a visual design of the space before we start, custom labelling and a steam refresh.
Will I need to buy storage products?

Yes, since the right products are what make a space both beautiful and easy to keep up. I source and buy everything for you, from a range of suppliers, to suit your space and your budget.
What areas do you cover?

Homes across Brisbane, within 25km of the CBD. For larger projects further out, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
What happens to my unwanted items?

Wherever possible, good items are donated to local animal rescue groups, and anything left is removed responsibly. You don't have to deal with any of it.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Many clients book a seasonal or yearly refresh to keep everything working beautifully.
