Pricing & Estimates

  • Each space is priced individually after your in-home consultation. You’ll receive a clear, tailored proposal with a visual layout, package price, and product recommendations. All labels, styling, donation removal and unused product returns are included as part of your experience.

  • Not at all - my investment levels are comparable to other professional organisers in Brisbane. At The Calming Zone, “luxury” refers to care, precision, and deep personalisation. It means custom-sourced solutions, thoughtful styling and labelling, and an experience designed to feel calm, elevated, and completely tailored to you.

  • That’s entirely your choice. If decluttering is required, I may need brief input, but most clients prefer to return to a fully transformed space. I hold a current Police Check and can work quietly and independently while you go about your day. (Bonus: I absolutely adore pets.)

  • In most cases, yes, because achieving the level of elegance seen in my gallery requires functional, refined storage. I work within your preferences and will always present options before anything is purchased.

  • Yes. I personally source storage solutions from a wide range of retailers, locally and internationally, based on your space, dimensions, and aesthetic. I also offer a personal shopping service where everything is shopped for and delivered by me.

  • I personally research and select storage that aligns with your aesthetic, your space, and your standards. I don’t rely on one supplier, I look across a wide range of brands, including global retailers, to find items that are as elegant as they are functional.

  • Products are quoted separately. You only pay for what you approve, and I handle any returns on unused items at no added cost.

  • No. I work with both international and specialist retailers, and local brands when they offer the best quality and functionality at a better price.

    My goal is always to source storage that fits precisely, looks refined, and functions beautifully within your space.

    Each piece is carefully selected for its form, longevity, and ability to enhance the design and flow of your home. Even inexpensive, durable storage products look fantastic with the right styling and elegant labelling.

Logistics & Additional Services

  • My service area includes Brisbane suburbs within 25km of the CBD. Larger projects outside this range may be considered on request.

  • I’ll handle the removal of any donations and household rubbish that fit within a standard vehicle. Wherever possible, I donate to local animal rescue charities and shelters so your items can do real good.

  • Yes! Periodic refresh sessions are perfect to keep your systems working beautifully. These may require a brief consult, but no additional product sourcing

  • Where possible, I partner with reputable charities and animal rescue groups across Brisbane. This ensures your preloved items are thoughtfully rehomed where they can make a meaningful difference.
